Today we’re joined by Bradley LaBrie from househackingsuccess.com. I really enjoyed my chat with Brad, who started his real estate career in 2014 with a live-in flip that went horribly wrong. Because of construction and tenant issues (his tenant even got murdered!), Brad lost every penny on his first deal. Even though he had a rough start, he kept moving forward.
